Refund Policy for Coaching Champions Camps
At Coaching Champions, we aim to provide an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all participants. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where refunds are necessary. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Refunds Prior to Camp Start Date:
• Participants who cancel their registration at least 14 days before the start date of the camp will be eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds requested within 7-14 days before the camp start date may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date.
2. Refunds Due to Camp Cancellation:
• In the event that Coaching Champions cancels a camp for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee.
• We will make every effort to notify participants of camp cancellations as soon as possible and provide alternative options if available.
3. Refund Process:
• To request a refund, participants or their guardians must contact Coaching Champions directly via email or phone.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
4. Non-Attendance:
• No refunds will be provided for participants who do not attend the camp for any reason.
• Participants who arrive late or leave early during the camp will not be eligible for a partial refund.
5. Exceptions:
• In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unforeseen events, Coaching Champions may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
By registering for a Coaching Champions camp, participants and their guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy.
Policy for Correct Clothing and Footwear
At Coaching Champions, we prioritize the safety and comfort of all participants during our sports camps. Proper clothing and footwear are essential to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved. Please review our policy on correct clothing and footwear below:
1. Clothing Guidelines:
• Participants should wear appropriate athletic clothing suitable for physical activity, such as shorts, t-shirts, leggings, and tracksuits.
• Clothing should be comfortable, breathable, and allow for a full range of movement.
• Avoid wearing clothing with zippers, buttons, or any other accessories that may cause injury during sports activities.
• Participants are encouraged to dress in layers, especially during outdoor activities, to accommodate changes in weather conditions.
2. Footwear Requirements:
• Proper athletic footwear is essential for safety and performance during sports activities.
• Participants must wear closed-toe athletic shoes with non-marking soles that provide adequate support and stability.
• Sandals, flip-flops, and open-toe shoes are not permitted during sports activities due to the risk of injury.
• Shoes should be securely fastened and fit properly to prevent slips, trips, and falls.
3. Additional Recommendations:
• Participants are encouraged to bring a spare change of clothes and footwear, especially during wet or muddy conditions.
• Hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are recommended for outdoor activities to protect against sun exposure.
• Jewelery, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, should be removed or kept to a minimum to reduce the risk of injury.
4. Enforcement of Policy:
• Coaches and staff members will conduct periodic checks to ensure that participants are dressed appropriately for sports activities.
• Participants who do not comply with the clothing and footwear policy may be asked to change or modify their attire before participating in camp activities.
5. Parent/Guardian Responsibility:
• Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child arrives at camp dressed in appropriate clothing and footwear according to this policy.
